Too Old to Live Too Young to Die (4:08)

Police brutality and violence were in the news constantly...George Floyd had been murdered along with a number of other unarmed Black people...some in their early years of life. “Cops are out of control!”...“We gotta stop this bullshit!”...are phrases that resounded in my head when I wrote this tune. These are things that Adam would have said if he were alive today. Adam was also too young to die. Children should not die before their parents. That is the senseless injustice I sing about in this song. Sharon and I will never understand it.
